The living room, dining area and screened porch all overlook the back yard which is adjacent to the dock. We are just two houses away from the open water giving us a spectacular view. The back yard and dock are perfect for relaxing in the sun or catching some of the area's abundant fish.
There is a public boat ramp nearby for launching your own boat which can then be kept at the dock during your stay on Matlacha.
